Dr. Milner graduated from University of Mississippi School of Medicine in 2007, attended Louisiana State University Health Science Center, in New Orleans, and received his CDT in 2010. He then went on to receive his Prosthodontic Certificate from the same university in 2011. Dr. Milner is the past president of the Mississippi Dental Association, District IV and a member of the Alumni Board for the University of Mississippi. He is a member of the student evaluation and promotions committee and an alternate senator to faculty senate at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. He is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists and the Academy of Osseointegration. Dr. Milner is currently the Director of Dental Implant Prosthodontics, Department of Planning and Restorative Sciences, University Medical Center, School of Dentistry in Jackson, MS.
